Do I Just Unplug My Xim Apex When I Want to Use Controller Again?

Ive had the xim apex for a while at present and it works perfectly fine on my pc with my G Pro wireless mouse, and Razer blackwidow elite keyboard.
I just got the titan two primarily for the use of the anti recoil scripts, while also using my xim.
Along with the purchase of the titan two, i bought the recommended ability supply with it knowing that id exist using my xim noon along with the t2.
I have the power supply fix at 7.five, and it lights upwardly indicating that it works correctly. its plugged into the t2.
i downloaded the gtuner software and fabricated sure there was no update needed. i plugged in my t2 into my pc with the brusque usb cablevision it came with. everything was working fine, and i was able to download a gamepack that i wanted into the memory slot on my t2.
before messing with any of the settings in the gamepack, i decided to see if the t2 would simply Piece of work with my xim apex on a pc game.
I plugged the power supply into the t2, and information technology was working. i plugged my mouse, keyboard, and controller into the xim apex like normal, and so plugged the xim into input A on the t2. then i plugged the t2 into my pc. a couple of odd things happened.
1-the game was saying that i didnt have a controller connected, it wasnt recognizing the t2 as a controller.
ii-when first plugging in the xim apex into input A, the light to a higher place input A would turn green, the screen on the t2 would brandish a 1, output low-cal would turn light-green, and the xim would light upward, controller/mouse/keyboard all lit upwards. only so, later on a few seconds, the light on the t2 where input A is, would wink between reddish and green, and my keyboard stopped lighting upwardly. disconnecting and reconnecting any and all things didnt work, every bit a matter of fact the keyboard never lit upwards a second time after the first.
3- i would decide to stop doing trial and fault, and go back to the forums to read some more, i would shut my game, unplug the keyboard and mouse from xim, and unplug t2 from my pc. when i went to plug my keyboard and mouse back into the USB slots (to scan the forums), my keyboard and mouse didnt work... its like after trying the t2 my front USB slots on my pc wouldnt work. i got scared that i fried my front end console USB panel, just then i restarted my pc and they worked fine. this happened to me 3 times in a row. i would effort using the t2 with a ability supply and xim noon, couldnt get information technology to piece of work, then had to restart pc to exist able to go my keyboard and mouse to work normally on the pc to browse forums

im not certain what the problem is seeing as my xim apex works perfectly fine without the t2, and im using the right power supply set up at the correct seven.5 setting, and im using the short usb cable the t2 came with. whatsoever and all help would be appreciated considering ive spent hours and im well-nigh to give up and render information technology

i originally had it on xbox one, so i simply tried setting it to xbox 360. this time, the light above input A stayed green the whole fourth dimension which is good, and my game was recognizing that i had a controller plugged in.
simply when i would use my keyboard buttons assigned to controller buttons through the xim manager, they werent registering in the game. my controller that i utilise to plug into my xim hub was not lighting up. when i use only the xim, the controller lights up. i used the same cablevision i unremarkably employ, and even tried another cable to plug the controller into the xim, and even tried connecting a different controller into the xim, all the same nada

subsequently doing this every problem i had went away except the controller (which is plugged into the xim, which is plugged into input a) is not lighting up
when i keep my controller, kb, and mouse plugged into the xim, and unplug the xim from the t2, and plug the xim into my pc, the controller turns on and everything works like normal.
im not sure why the controller isnt turning on or working when the xim is plugged into the t2 because my mouse and keyboard are lighting up and the xim is lit upwardly correctly

EDIT: i tried plugging in my titan ii into my pc through output, green low-cal.
then i plug in my controller into input A, controller turns on automatically.
so i unplug controller from input A, plug xim But (without kb+g or controller plugged into xim), xim lights up correctly.
and then i ONLY plug in my controller into the xim hub, and the controller does non turn on. so the issue cannot be that my kb+g is taking too much power considering they are not plugged in.
equally i said previously, i have the correct power supply that was recommended and set at 7.5.

What is the controller you are plugging on XIM? Xbox 360 or Xbox One? thanks.

xbox one. ive tried 3 different xbox one controllers. one of them third political party (scuf), two xbox one controllers that come with the xbox

Thank you. A recent Titan Two firmware update stock-still disconnection issue when using the device on PC emulating Xbox I protocol. Please bank check if the problem is fixed after updating your device.

Cheers. I will exist trying reproduce this outcome and, find whatsoever issue with this configuration, releasing a fix for the adjacent FW release. :smile0517:

In the concurrently, y'all could apply some other controller on XIM (eastward.one thousand. PS4 controller, XB360, PS3, etc).
